Sheets and towels provided, good communication via WhatsApp , and convenient location near Victory Square.
Confusing directions to find the correct door, strong cigarette smell in the non-smoking room, lack of response to complaints, no curtains in the room, limited kitchen supplies for the number of booked rooms.

This hotel is located in a key area that's close to everything. the sheets and towels provided were clean and fresh, which was a plus. the communication via WhatsApp was possible, making it easy to reach the staff.
The hotel had a strong cigarette smell as soon as we walked in, which was a major turn off. We asked for curtains, but the staff said they couldn't do anything about it.
